Keirin Cut Jeans® - Return/Exchange Policy
Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes. However, if the item is in stock, we will offer a size exchange as long as the product is in its original condition you received it in, with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please contact our Customer Service team via email CustomerService@KeirinCutJeans.com . If the item is not in-stock, we will work with you to see if you would like a comparable product or store credit for future purchase.
For all exchanges, our return policy lasts 15 days from receipt of package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with tags still attached. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and authorize a credit for the item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Generally, it is a good idea that, If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for credit on items we don't receive.
We take quality control very seriously and have multiple quality checks built into our process. Slippages do occur but we will replace products, in case they are defective or damaged (if we have it in stock). If we do not have the same item in our inventory, we will authorize a credit for the item or offer comparable product.
